Fire Sprinkler drawings are the initial drawings prepared by the licensed RME-G based on the building’s specifications and architectural drawings.
Once design drawings have been approved by the AHJ, the design drawings become shop (installation) drawings.
All fire sprinkler installation is based on approved plans and permit by AJH
After installation and testing of hydro test, Final inspection is scheduled with fire marshal.

FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM aS PER nfpa 13
Our installation starts with drawing based on NFPA 13 approved and fully compliance. With our certified technicians on your project, you can be confident your fire sprinkler system is built to last.
We work with top‑tier sprinkler equipment and ensure your system meets all Houston Fire Marshal requirements across Greater Houston area.
Are installed in commercial businesses, offices, schools, warehouses and residences. Wet sprinkler system is water-filled and only the sprinkler closest to the heat source activates. Wet sprinkler systems
Are typically installed in unheated areas such as attics, coolers, freezers, and exterior structures. Dry Sprinkler Systems are used in colder conditions, with pipes containing pressurized air. When a sprinkler is activated, the air escapes and the valve opens, allowing water to flow through the system.
Are installed in data centers and blast freezers. Operating faster than dry systems, once a fire is detected, the pre-action valve opens which allows water to flow into the sprinkler pipes. At this point, the sprinkler system is now a wet pipe sprinkler system.
ESFR sprinkler systems are designed to achieve fire suppression for a High pile storage occupancy before the fire becomes fully developed. ESFR heads vary with K-factors of 11.2, 14.7, 17 and 25.2, and with pressures of 50 and 70 psi.
ESFR system release larger droplets of water with greater momentum than conventional sprinkler heads. This leads to twice as much water being discharged on a fire than conventional sprinkler heads in the same amount of time.
The main advantage of an ESFR system over a Conventional sprinkler system is the possible elimination of the requirement for in-rack sprinklers in rack storage areas.
Our Fire pump installations are as NFPA 20 and it requires fire pump rooms to be separated from the rest of the building by fire-rated construction when located inside a structure.
